Herlong talked about her inspiration and process for the book before offering thoughtful feedback on the students’ projects.Īt the end of the conference, Herlong said that her visit with the students was inspiring and that she was impressed with the students’ excellent displays of their projects and how they presented them.ĭoulton said the book also has a website for teachers that is fun and has interesting lesson ideas and activities that connect to the book.
